Any PayPal member can instantly and securely send money to anyone in the U.S. with an email address. Is PayPal safe to use? Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction and returned to our website. Do I need to have a PayPal Account? No. AEBF can accept payments from a non-PayPal member. With PayPal, AEBF customers who are new to PayPal are not required to create a PayPal Account to pay a Money Request/Invoice or to complete a purchase. The customer will go through an alternate checkout, and will have the option to sign up with PayPal afterward. What if I (the buyer) already am a PayPal member? If we recognize the member's email address as they are filling out the purchase information, we will prompt them to enter their existing PayPal password. If there are sufficient funds in the member's PayPal account to pay for the item, or if the account is funded with a credit card, then the amount of the purchase will be deducted from their account balance or sending limit.
